The vendor has joined the Live Spirulina network for the purpose of selling products and/or services online.
Following are the term & conditions for this contract:
Payment clause:
Grow organic spirulina has agreed to pay a commission of every sale generated on the online platform of grow-organic-spirulina.com for which the initial level marketing & advertising material will be provided by the client organization.
Duties & obligations of the vendor:
All prices published by the vendor will include shipping costs within the vendor’s country. It is therefore the vendor’s responsibility to deliver orders in a timely manner, with proper packaging, and bear all shipping costs independently.
